He is survived by: his mother Lauren Hultz; his stepmother Misty Hultz; his sister Isabella Herrera; his grandparents, Craig, Kay Smith, Thomas and Charlotte Sapp; his father Thomas Sapp; his aunts, Hannah and Tammy Sapp; his uncle Andres Santamaria; and his cousins, Fiona, Olivia, Leon and Brianna. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to Promise of Hope in loving memory of "Devin Thomas Sapp".
