He is survived by: his daughter Donna Johnson; his grandsons, Jeremy and Jamie Payne; his wife Cathy Johnson; his stepchildren, Michael and Sharon McDougal; and his sisters, Jean Kilgore and Peggy Litchfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
