He is survived by: his daughter April Phillips of Buford, GA; his grandchildren, Breanna Coates and Aleah Coates; his siblings, Bobby Phillips (Edith) of Pendergrass, GA, Jerry Phillips of Watkinsville, GA and Nancy Pendley (Johnny) of Buford, GA; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Phillips of Buford, GA and Betty Phillips of Pendergrass, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
