She was predeceased by: her parents, Eletha Dodd and Renzo Dodd; and her siblings, Chester Dodd and Ongie Dodd Mitchell. She is survived by: her children, Ramona Phillips and Russell Phillips, Jr. (Amy); and her granddaughter Sydney Phillips.
