He is survived by: his parents, Rick Millican and Debbie Millican; his sister Hollie Millican; his brother-in-law Daniel Wisniewski; his brother Andrew Millican; his sister-in-law Qiting Tong; and his nieces, Maggie and Maelie. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
