She is survived by: her husband Osborne; her children, Bernard Benta and Bernice Benta-Jackson; her son-in-law Jason Jackson; her daughter Bernadette Benta; her granddaughter Jhené Benta; her brother Steadroy Shaw; and her sister-in-law Valerie Shaw. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
