He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Perry and Maxine Lucille Martin. He is survived by: his wife Leslie L. Lee Perry; his daughters, Leta Hays (Derek) and Nola Perry (Tyler); his brothers, Michael Perry (Carol) and Thomas Perry (Sue); his grandchildren, Gabriel, Elise, Asher and Raina; and his stepchildren, Libby and Matthew.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. John the Apostle Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 106, Buford, GA 30519.
