He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Lee Peavy, Sr. and Nannie Ruth Martin Peavy; and his brother Wayne Peavy. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Jones Peavy of Buford, GA; his son Rev. Rodney Peavy (Beverly) of Flowery Branch, GA; his grandchildren, Christian Peavy, Carlos Peavy (Bri), Tosha Peavy (Casey Cook) and Joshua Peavy; his great grandchildren, Tristan Peavy, Melody Peavy, Madison Cook and Jilly Cook; and his siblings, Bobby Peavy of Macon, GA, Ronald Peavy (Pat) of Maysville, GA and Kathy Kelch (Cliff) of Hoschton, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
