He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Fillmore Hall and Lillie Tackett Hall; his siblings, Joyce, Jennifer, Janice, Carrol and Jill; his daughter Carrol; and his great grandchild Rebekkah Parker France.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce Lorenz of Savannah, Jennifer Brown of Mansfield, Janice Noble of Oakesdale, WA and Jill Ellis of Yatesville, GA.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and three great, great, grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
