It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Lee Oliver (Buford, Georgia), born in Collins, Georgia, who passed away on August 24, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Oliver; his daughter Melanie Oliver Page; his parents, Lee Talley Oliver (LT) and Jane Oliver; and his sisters, Dorothy Barrow (Carlos) and Peggy Prosser (Ken Prosser).

He is survived by: his children, Letitia Lynn Shugart (Keith Doyle Shugart) and Monty Mason Oliver (Terry Oliver); his grandchildren, Tyler Keith Shugart (Rebecca Shugart), Austin Lee Shugart (Ashley Shugart), Hunter Tate Shugart (Veronica Shugart), Travis Lee Page (Stephanie Page), Mitchell Oliver and Rachael Oliver; his great grandchildren, Emmalene Oliver, James Page, Emersyn Shugart, Jeremy Oliver, Holden Shugart, Lily Melanie Page, Jett Shugart, Callan Shugart and Easton Shugart; his stepgranddaughter Paige Johnson (Michael); and his siblings, Charlotte Akins (late Edwin Akins) of Claxton Ga, Robert Oliver (Brenda Oliver) of Savannah Ga, David Oliver (Glenda Oliver) of Watkinsville Ga, Ray Oliver (Mary Oliver) of Statesboro Ga and Dennis Oliver (Bertha Oliver) of Claxton Ga. He is also survived by seven siblings, and left a legacy of three children, six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
