He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Sophie Jamioła Darr and James Franklin Darr. He is survived by: his wife Laura Darr; his children, Rachel Darr (Daniel) and Justin Darr (Sarah); his grandsons, Nolan Darr and Connor Darr; his sister Judy; his brother-in-law Charles Eaton; his nephews, Jeffrey Eaton, Steven Eaton (Jamie) and Charles Eaton Jr.; and his niece Courtney Eaton (Robert).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Rising Church (710 Power Ave, Buford, GA 30518).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jim's memory to SHP-Gwinnett.
