We are sad to announce that, on January 25, 2026, James Wallace Costen (Buford, Georgia), born in Red Level, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Harris Costen; his children, Jade Costen (Jessica) and Bleu Owens (Jeff); his grandchildren, Emmie Tozier (Nick), Sage Costen (Cameron), Jamesy Costen (Georgia), Shyla Stoops (Mike), Arden Stoops, Meredith Owens and Nathan Owens; his great grandchild Boone Baker; and his brother Bill Costen. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews.
