He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxon Moon and Jackie Knecht. He is survived by: his wife Lori Moon; his siblings, Pam Jenkins and Ronnie Hall (Lynda); his siblings' children, Brian Hall (Chireen), Spencer Jenkins (Ellen) and Brianna Hall (Mike); and his stepson Alec Rosselle (Emily).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages those who wish to honor Jeff to take a drive with the windows down, watch a Georgia football game in his honor, spend time with loved ones, and embrace life as fully as he did.
