He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Joseph Kramer and Phyllis Dawn Kramer (Berg); his sister-in-law Linda Artis Kramer (Eugene); and his sister Michelle G Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Hui Suk Kramer; his son Phillip J Kramer; and his siblings, Eugene Kramer, Duane Kramer (Sharon) and Kathleen Maruska (Eugene).
Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory - Duluth Chapel (3088 Duluth Hwy, Duluth, GA 30096). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Catholic Church of St. Monica (1700 Buford Hwy, Duluth, GA 30097). A burial was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
