With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmie Stringer (Buford, Georgia), born in Thomasville, Georgia, who passed away on April 20, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Stringer and Mary Stringer; his wife Catherine Stringer; and his brothers, Nathaniel Stringer and Roy Stringer.
He is survived by: his children, Craig and Erika Stringer; his daughter-in-law Seer Stringer; his grandchildren, Dorian (Dor) and Yehshai Stringer (Peach); his great grandchild Storm Stringer (Stormy); his grandchild Syncair Smith (The Boy); and his siblings, Mildred Williams and Willie-Frank Stringer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Chapel of Flanagan Funeral Home.
