He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hardley Boyette and Gladys Tootle Boyette; his brother Tommy Boyett; and his grandmother Addie Mae Boyette. He is survived by: his wife Kathy McDaniel Boyette of Buford; and his cousins, Ronnie Allen (Sharon) of Hiawassee, Connie Fulcher of Grayson, Donna Marie Allen of Dahlonega, Susie Higgins (James Nicholson), Logan Allen of Toccoa and Patricia Harris of Collins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory - Duluth Chapel (3088 Duluth Hwy, Duluth, GA 30096). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
