He was predeceased by: his father Homer Clyde; and his siblings, Grady, Milton Westbrook, Lois Sims and Wynelle Brooker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elaine (Mark Griffen) and Carol (Jeff Garner); and his wife Nancy Carolyn White of Atlanta. He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
