He is survived by: his wife Nancy Phillips Pendley of Sugar Hill, GA; his sons, Brett Pendley (Jodi) of Buford, GA and Todd Pendley of Sugar Hill, GA; his grandchildren, Erin Pendley, Jay Pendley and Owen Pendley; his brother Tim Pruitt (Nancy) of Sevierville, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Phillips of Pendergrass, GA, Jerry Phillips of Pendergrass, GA, Barbara Phillips of Buford, GA, Betty Phillips of Pendergrass, GA and Sybil Phillips of Pendergrass, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
