He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Foster Bennett; his parents, Jonce Bennett and Clara Bell Bennett; his children, Keith Bennett and Kyle Bennett; and his sisters, Joyce Harrison, Dorothy Parker, Marie Puckett, Bonnie Wheeler and Mardell Bennett.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Marie Waldrop of Pendergrass, GA and Michael Picaart of Buford, GA; and his sister-in-law Evelyn (Jerry Cannon). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
