She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clay and Ruth Clay; her husband Billy; her sister Joyce; her brother-in-law Melt Blalock; and her brother Alan Clay.
She is survived by: her sons, James Tarleton (Anna) of Sautee Nacoochee, Rodney Tarleton (Joy) of Walton and Bryan Tarleton (Leanne) of Buford; her sister Patricia Armstrong (Eddy) of Woodstock; and her pet Precious. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ivy Creek Baptist Church (2500 Ivy Creek Rd, Buford, GA 30519). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Eastlawn Memorial Park (640 McGarity Rd, McDonough, GA 30252).
