She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Crumbley and Sara Crumbley; her husband John P. Chatfield, Sr.; and her brother Donald R. Crumbley, Sr.. She is survived by: her son John; her daughter-in-law Peggy Chatfield of Flowery Branch, GA; her daughter Leeanne James of Lawrenceville, GA; her brother Charles; her sister-in-law Carol Crumbley of Charlotte, NC; her grandson Jay Jackson James, Jr.; and her great grandchild Bryce James.
