He is survived by: his wife Barrie Kromer (Forsee); his children, Kurt Kromer (Chelsea), Stephanie Chandler (Chris) and Danielle Gibson (Josh); his grandchildren, Caleb Chandler, Daniel Chandler, Jillian Gibson, Adelyn Gibson and Raelyn Gibson; his sister Heidi Rosenzweig; his nibling Thomas Singer (Kristina); his sister-in-law Linda Kromer; and his nieces and nephews, Kristina Kromer and Ashley Kromer. He is also survived by her three grandchildren.

The family is accepting flowers or in lieu of flowers donations in his name to The Humane Society of Forsyth County which is a no kill shelter.
