She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Benjamin Lee and Mary L Underwood Lee; her husband Robert Conns Garrard, Jr.; her son Robert Conns Garrard III; and her brothers, Jasper Wilson Lee and Ernest Eugene Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Rachel Garrard Simmons (Berry Simmons) and Lee Walden Garrard; her grandchildren, Kathryn Ramsey Malone (Bryan Malone), Robert Benjamin Simmons, Molly Elizabeth Simmons, William Matthew Simmons, Robert Campbell Garrard, Walden Young Garrard and Joshua Paden Garrard; her great grandchildren, Lilly Jewel Malone, Edith Grace Malone and Conns Carter Malone; and her sister Eleanor Walters. She is also survived by extended family and close friends.
