He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Marius Bonnet, Sr. and Patricia Wester Bonnet; his wife Theresa Dyches Bonnet; and his sister Carol Bonnet Dares. He is survived by: his pets, Alex, Sarah and Nellie; his brother-in-law Elliot Roch Dares, Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, Shelley Dares Vathy (Michael), Elliot Roch Dares III (Danielle), Michael Paul Dares (Bonnie), Joan Helen Lowe, Julie Lowe Budden (Lee) and George Henry Lowe III (Denise).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church (6439 Spout Springs Rd, Flowery Branch, GA 30542). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at the Memorial Park South Cemetery, Memorial Park South Chapel (4121 Falcon Pkwy, Flowery Branch, GA 30542).
