He is survived by: his wife Pascuala Espinoza Solis; his children, Silvia Solis, Beatrice Medellin, Juan Solis and Jorge Solis; and his sisters, Maria Luna and Ausuncion Solis. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
