He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Smith and Doris Smith. He is survived by: his wife Maria Emma Smith; his son Thomas Smith (Maggie); his grandchildren, Malcolm and Inara Smith; his brother Gerard Smith (Marsha); and his sibling's children, Brittan Smith, Gabriel Smith, Eduardo, Sebastian Lopez Nogueira and Dolores Lopez Arreseigor. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
