He was predeceased by: his mother Becky Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Carol Rennie; his father John Dennis Stephens; his stepmother Beverly (Carol); his daughters, Megan Tankovic (Anel) and Jessica Shelnutt (Ty); his grandchildren, Luka Finn Tankovic and Adaline Mae Shelnutt; his siblings, Mark Stephens (Priscilla), Mitch Stephens (Jennifer), Brian Lay (Laura) and Ashley David (Drew); and his sisters-in-law, Elaine Palmer (Tim) and Nancy Prock (Rodger).
