We are sad to announce that, on December 2, 2025, at the age of 83, Michael R. Lavoie (Buford, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Michael leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Lavoie and Armand Lavoie of New Bedford, Massachusetts.. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his sister-in-law Janice Allen; his brother Ron; his sister-in-law Sue Corley; his brother Tommy; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Allen and Debbie Wheeless. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and twelve great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers , the family asks that donations be made to Toys for Tots (You can bring an unwrapped toy to the celebration), Community Food Bank or a charity of your choice in Michael's memory.
