Michael R. Lavoie Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2025, at the age of 83, Michael R. Lavoie (Buford, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Michael leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Lavoie and Armand Lavoie of New Bedford, Massachusetts.. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his sister-in-law Janice Allen; his brother Ron; his sister-in-law Sue Corley; his brother Tommy; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Allen and Debbie Wheeless. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and twelve great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crowell Brothers Peachtree Chapel (5051 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092).
In lieu of flowers , the family asks that donations be made to Toys for Tots (You can bring an unwrapped toy to the celebration), Community Food Bank or a charity of your choice in Michael's memory.
