He is survived by: his parents, James Dearl Ulmer and Pamela Ann Ulmer (Armstrong) of Mansfield, Pennsylvania; his wife Kathryn; his son Jonah (Emily Sandall) of Washington, D. C.; and his siblings, Jason (Jaimee Ulmer) of Suwanee and Emily (Brandon Burleigh) of Elmira Heights. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
