He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Moorman Beverly Sr. Navar and Lenora Beverly; his brother Shelby Beverly Jr. (Baby Brother); and his grandson Meleke Beverly. He is survived by: his children, Navar Beverly Jr. and Shanna McGusty (Rashleigh); his sisters, Lechelle Thomas and Sharelle Edwards; his grandchildren, Rashuan McGusty, Zakai McGusty and Diane Beverly; his great grandchild Messiah McGusty; and his close friend Anitra Berry-Newsome. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
