As Neil Howard departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Neil Howard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Neil Howard leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard Porter and Clarene O'Neill Porter; Leah Porter Tanger. He is survived by: his wife Kristina Porter; his daughter Kim Bradford; his grandchildren, Levi Bradford and Destiny Dispain; his sister Nancy Porter Flannery; and his mother-in-law Rebecca Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
