Norman Owens Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Owens of Buford, Georgia, who passed away on July 6, 2023 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Norman Owens to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Verlon Owens and Margaret Dendy Owens; and his sister Doris Barker. He is survived by: his wife Jane Owens; his sons, Jay Skeggs (Ginger) and Brian Skeggs; his grandchildren, Stephen Skeggs (Casey), Brittanie Skeggs and Averi Skeggs; and his brothers, Rufus Owens (Gloria) and Geter Owens (Rhonda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations may be made to Zion Hill Baptist Church or Toccoa Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
