He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcia Fones Underwood and Ralph Jennings Underwood; and his brother Robert Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Toth Underwood; his sister Peggy Moser; his son Barry Underwood; his daughter-in-law Aimee Underwood; his daughter Daria; his son-in-law George; and his brother-in-law Greg Toth. He is also survived by his four grandsons, granddaughter, three great-grandsons, and his nieces and nephews.
