He is survived by: his wife Tammy Phillips of Buford, GA; his children, Randy Phillips, Jr. of Buford, GA, April Phillips (John McDaniel) of Sugar Hill, GA and Tressa Phillips (Terry Wilson) of Dawsonville, GA; his siblings, Becky Dobbs (Gary) of Fayetteville, GA and Wade Phillips (Denise) of Lawrenceville, GA; and his sister-in-law Irene Phillips of Flowery Branch, GA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
