She was predeceased by: her husband Jack A. Marshall; her parents, Carl Tuggle and Ara Tuggle; her siblings, Carrie Lou Tuggle Grizzle and George Ryman Tuggle, Sr.; and her brother-in-law Lamar Grizzle.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Marshall of Buford, GA and Ricky Marshall (Susan Davis) of Buford, GA; her grandchildren, Hunter Marshall of Buford, GA, Whitney Pass (Michael) of Toccoa, GA and Jerica Marshall Rioux (Gerard) of Savannah, GA; her great grandchildren, Rowan Pass, Aemon Pass, Evelyn Rioux and Xavier Rioux; and her sister-in-law Christine Roach Refianti. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518).
