He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Beggs and Anne Bothwell Beggs. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Wilder Beggs; his children, Cory Beggs (Laura), Travis Beggs, Beth Owen (Chad), Cindy Carter (Ryan) and Bonnie Perdue (Andrew Kelly); his brother Roger Beggs (Carmen); and his grandchildren, Erin, William Beggs, Maddox, Emery, Adelyn Carter, Everett, Joelle and Anderson Kelly.
