He was predeceased by: his parents, Miriam Elizabeth O'Kelly and Robert Lee O'Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Deb; his children, Vicki Davis (Lenny), Cindy Johnson, Laura Crews (Marcus) and Jason O'Kelly; his brother Bob O'Kelly; and his grandchildren, Cory Davis (Sarah), Caty Serrano (Yvan), Josh Johnson (Tori), Payton O'Kelly, David Lusk and Jesse Crews. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
