He is survived by: his wife Pamela Tinius Segars; his children, Michael Robert Segars (Jessica) of Oakwood, Michele Segars McAllister of Cumming, Lauren Bush Petron (David) of Alexandria, Virginia and Natalie Diane Pannell (Jason) of Milton; his grandchildren, Joston Segars, Cierra Segars, Nathanael Petron, Polly Pannell and Claire Pannell; his sisters, Mary Anne Benefield (Bill) of Acworth and Jane Bennett (David) of Adairsville, Georgia; and his sister-in-law Josie Segars. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews.
