She is survived by: her husband Randall Duncan of Buford, GA; her children, Dawn Kinlaw (Mike) of Jefferson, GA and Randy Duncan (Ashley) of Buford, GA; her grandchildren, Ellie Kinlaw, Abbie Kinlaw, Lily Duncan and Layla Duncan; her siblings, Becky Shuler, Virginia Preston (Gary), Larry Shuler, Tommy Shuler, Burl (Naomi Duncan) and Brent (Wendy Duncan); and her siblings-in-law, Sharon and Jimmy Dutton of Gillsville, GA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518). A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at the Sardis Methodist Church Cemetery (2662 Thompson Mill Rd, Buford, GA 30519).
