She was predeceased by: her husband George Harvey. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Brunk (Bill) of Buford, GA and Janie Bryant (Colby); her grandchildren, April, Daniel, Chris and Lindsay; her great grandchildren, Bradley, Avery, Landen and Wesley; and her brother Stanley Best of Maryville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Wellroot Family Services aka United Methodist Children's Home, 1967 Lakeside Parkway Suite 400, Tucker, GA 30084 in memory of Thelma Harvey.
