With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Valerie Neuman of Buford, Georgia, born in Tucker, Georgia, who passed away on December 18, 2022 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Ellen Kearns; her brother Shawn Neuman; her former husband Todd Joyner; and her brother Joey Neuman. She is survived by: her father George Neuman of St. Louis, MO; her stepfather David Kearns; her children, Skye Joyner of Winder, GA, Cody Joyner and Devin Joyner of Lawrenceville, GA; her boyfriend Terry Williamson of Buford, GA; and her siblings, Alicia Lowman (Andrew) of Ellijay, Tim Newman of Ellijay, GA and Austin Kearns of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Flanigan Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses in memory of Valerie "Val" Neuman.
