With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vanessa Yother Craver of Buford, Georgia, born in Canton, Georgia, who passed away on June 16, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Whitney Craver; her parents, Cliff Yother and Gladys Fouts Yother; and her sister Gloria Vaughan. She is survived by: her husband Bill Craver of Buford, GA; her sons, Jason Dempsey (Angela) of Buford, GA and Adam Dempsey (Brandy) of Dacula, GA; her grandchildren, Marcus (Rachael), Aiden Dempsey of Schaumburg, IL, Rylee Dempsey of Buford, GA, Bella Dempsey of Buford, GA, Ashton Dempsey of Dacula, GA and Gavin Dempsey of Dacula, GA; her great grandchild Ezra Dempsey; and her siblings, June Porter of Canton, GA and James Yother (Cherry) of Cleveland, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518). A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at the Broadlawn Memorial Gardens (5979 New Bethany Rd, Buford, GA 30518).
