He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Crabtree and Goldie Crabtree (Ross); his wife Helena Grider; and his siblings, Kay, Harold, Curtis and Bobby Crabtree.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angel (Rich Bouzek), Georgia and Amanda Swanson (Joe Schiltz); his siblings, Frances, Judy of Indiana and Ronnie Crabtree of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Bouzek, Stephanie Bouzek, Trevor Swanson and Carter Swanson.
