He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Alvin Blalock and Marion Keel Blalock; and his sister Jackie Butler. He is survived by: his wife Kaylenne K. Blalock; his son Justin Andrew (Samantha Van); his siblings, Rhonda, Debbie and Brian Blalock (Earlina "Early"); and his brother-in-law Danny Butler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
