She was predeceased by: her husband Ezra Lee Pugh, Jr.; her parents, Wiley Westbrooks and Irene Westbrooks; and her siblings, Kyle Westbrooks, Hoy Westbrooks, JW Westbrooks, Christa Bruce, Ruby Martin, Clara Higgins, Kathleen Crowe, Mardell Hosch and Virginia Pruitt.

She is survived by: her sons, Keith Pugh (Sandy) of Toccoa, Kent Pugh (Debbie) of Buford and Scott Pugh of Buford; her grandchildren, Heather Kuykendall (Kenny), Lindsay Granthum (Heath), Jonathan Pugh (Lindsay), Brandy Brownlee (Shane), Kyle Pugh (Amanda), Matthew Pugh, Brittany Simmons (Robby) and Adam Pugh; and her caregiver Linda Swansey. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
