With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Donald Carpenter of Butler, Georgia, born in Sylvester, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Carpenter and Inez Sawyer Carpenter; and his brothers, Oscar, Johnny, Pete and Jim Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Jenkins Carpenter of Butler; and his sister Bobbie Jean Prince (Bernard) of Macon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
