He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Wainwright and Barbara Ann McDaniel Wainwright; his sister Jean Wainwright; and his wife Christie Wainwright. He is survived by: his sons, Adam Wainwright and Drew Wainwright of Butler; and his grandchildren, Molly Wainwright, Johnny Wainwright and Rykker Wainwright.
