She was predeceased by: her father Bobby Brooks; and her siblings, Allen Brooks and Melodye Forbes. She is survived by: her daughter Kasey Dyson of Toccoa; her brother Jack Brooks (Susan) of Butler; and her nieces and nephews, Mike Brooks of Butler, Harry Forbes (Becky) of Reynolds, Kelly Brooks of Butler, Wesley Hines (Kaitlin) of Reynolds, Bobby Allen Brooks (Kate) of Birmingham, AL and Johnny Brooks of Marshallville.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethel Congregational Methodist Church (1516 Thomaston Hwy, Butler, GA 31006). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
