He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Johnson and Edna Johnson (Squires). He is survived by: his wife Charlene Johnson (Mercer); his children, Shari Dregger of Fort Smith, AR and Jeffrey Johnson (Tonya) of Warner Robins; his stepchildren, Randy Nix (Sydney) of Byron and Rita Faye Griffin; his brothers-in-law, Bruce Mercer of Macon, Tim Mercer (Sheila) of Macon and Phillip Mercer (Janice) of Macon; and his siblings, Clarence Johnson, Curtis Johnson, Bud Johnson, Suzie Hutto, Dimples Polofonis and Eulene Traurig. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel (2932 US Hwy 41, Fort Valley, GA 31030). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
