He is survived by: his children, Amber Scott, Darryl Smith Jr., Macy Smith and Chelsea Smith; his grandchildren, Darius Thomas Jr., Isaiah Thomas, Olivia Jackson, Kendal Smith and Aadalyn Smith; his mother Ethel Collins; his siblings, Valerie Ford (Larry), Alfonza Smith (Shurice), Irish Smith and Sirena Mims; and his uncle Terry Wright. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard R. Robinson Chapel (4000 Russell Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31088). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church (1400 Dunbar Rd, Byron, GA 31008). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at the Oakgrove Baptist Church Cemetery.
